I love this song. Basically I think it's saying that this girl is waiting for this guy to finally make a move, and finally commit to her but he's being very isolated about it.
It's about liking someone but they aren't making a move. And she's saying, "I can't take this any longer." and she's saying that she's trying to be strong, but she can't any longer. And if he just makes a move, she'll be okay.
