at first i thought the song was about vampires (the title is an allergy to the sun but as i read the lyrics i beleieve that its about how we all miss our childhood when everything could be ours but when we reach the turing point in life we realize that we cant have everything "you can kill it while it sleeps" i think that line proves my pouint saying that you kill all thoes hopes your self one day while youm sleep. one day your dreaming the next day you relize that its highly unlikely that you will ever have it
i think he might be reminiscing about who he was, an innoncent child, and now he's realizing that he's not that innocent anymore... "you can kill it while it sleeps" i think the "it" is his innocence. i know i'm way off though...
