A Bert Jansch cover. Kinda creepy, no? I love Nick's choices of covers. What was it about this song that drew him to it?

This song makes me laugh because when I first heard it, I was a little creeped out as it describes my situation completely. My eyes are green and my father is very overprotective when it comes to members of the opposite sex. (which would explain lack of boyfriend lol) but it's a beautiful song and definatley my favourite next to cello song. Nick Drake's voice is so quiet and flawless in all his songs.

Nick's voice is so seductive in this song. I heard a lot of praise for the B. Jansch original, I find this cover so much more sensual.
