Hahahahahaha!!! This song is awesome and all, but as i was reading the lyrics to it above i thought it was an embrassment to read this as i was getting into the feeling...
"Naaaa, na na na na na na, na na na Laaaa, la la la la la, laaaa laaaa laaaa"
This line sounds alot better coming from Natlie's voice than to read it on here.
Anyway enough of that. About the song, i think that she already got a little piece of heaven (if you know what i mean), it just didn't stay around forever. =[[[
in the first verse, she is clearly expressing her love for someone who changed her life but betrayed her and so she is upset. the chorus is simple, she just wants a piece of heaven, which means she wants something good to happen. in the second verse, she expresses her admiration towards her 'lover' even though he betrayed her, and says she has to go alone and find another home herself.
