Superb. Bold like an ox. It reminds me a lot of hip-hop (especially at the beginning) which is strange because I've never heard hip-hop like this... There really should be! And it's not all repetition, Sufjan takes it to several harmonic settings, each with unique blips and beats. When that white noise comes in at the end, it's like a refreshing rain.
