At the show in Lexington, KY (Summer of '05) Pepper dedicated this song to Dimebag Darell, after his sudden death. "I'll be gone I won't be back by morning" and how much he will be missed "River rise with teardrops without warning." This song has many references to the swamps and rivers of the south and the texas floods where Dime and fellow band mates and friends, COC grew up as well as references to the band's history with drug and alcohol; "Cleanse my dirty soul so I can save it for judgement day"

is it not spooky to anyone else that pepper was asking for a cleansing in this song then hurricane katrina comes along. philip anselmo said in an interview that in greek the word katrina stands for a cleansing. which eventually led to the reunion of down.
