Here In My Hotel Room (a.m) Lyrics

I've got something to tell you
So wipe away my mouth
I've got something to tell you
I think I've been found out

Your eyes see through me
Your eyes see through me
Your eyes see through me, yeah
Your eyes see through me

I think there's something that ails her
Here in my hotel
I think there's something that ails her
Do you think that she can tell?

I won't call you a gift horse
If you open up my mouth
And I won't leave me abandoned
And I won't be found out

She said "I only like boys if they like me back"
Here in my hotel
And I'll try harder to save you
If you promise you won't tell

Cover art for Here In My Hotel Room (a.m) lyrics by Faker

I have the physical copy of the Kids On Overload EP, and while I can't look at it right now I only remember it being called 'Here In My Hotel'; without the '(am)'. iTunes also automatically named it 'Here In My Hotel'. Where did the (am) come from??

I have the Kids On Overload 'EP' from 2001 too. It labels this track "HERE IN MY HOTEL a.m.".

It's also unusual that it's referred to as an EP, considering it only has two tracks.

I finally looked at it and you're right, it is just am without the brackets. And it is probably because EP sounds better then just Single, as EP encourages you to take the other songs on there seriously
