Seems pretty basic to me. Guy loves a girl, and she's all he can think about. HE hasn't gotten told her so it drives him crazy as he "dreams". He really wants to tell her or show her somehow, and since he knows this is what he wants he'll never regret it.
My head is spinning and it's been like this forever and my conscience is breaking up and that conflict is coming back, it's coming back.....
That part is pretty amazing I love this song, I love this band
