Wow! I left an older man my parents tried to set me up with but they had no idea about him and what was really going on. Anyway, I love music I love dancing so every now and then I’ll comment on some songs here. This person I’m speaking of, A particular person he left really wasn’t long ago he never should’ve left it was his wife, apparently she’s the only one that really knew him And truly loved him and because of that he allegedly left her. He drained her, Broke her and then left her. From what my family found out he didn’t even flinch. And it was all because she found him cheating. So, this song kind of reminds me of that situation per se. kind of sounds like him, except when you’re married and together that long you’re not supposed to let go that’s the part I don’t think that man Got? I thank God every day I recognize what kind of person he was and got out when I did. I pray all the time for his family he didn’t exactly tell me the truth about what he had done.
As far as I’m concerned regarding this song, his life will continue to be a mess until he becomes honest with himself and makes it right with her and his family. But I’m starting to feel he just simply doesn’t have a conscience which is what I have heard from other people and if that is the case I was very wrong about him and that scares me. He truly behaves like he did nothing wrong and told me it was all her, I know that is not the case that was a red flag for me to begin with. He was very arrogant. The song pretty much sums it up. The only people who are going to be laughing are going to be the ones laughing at him because he’s not getting it and that makes me terribly sad but I will continue to pray as always me and my family both and both of my brothers because that’s who we are but I am ashamed that I fell for his BS
One more thing, if like the song says he has had so called “strife with all those lovers“ and he was married for so so very long than what does that say to begin with?? that just blows my mind! Holy milk cow blues is all I have to say! Run run run as fast as you can that’s what my Best friend told me and that’s exactly what I did!! Biggest con artist I’ve ever known!
