Why am I the first to comment on this song? This song is great! I love the tune and beat, its so damn catchy. The song is always stuck in my head, but I don't mind too much. I guess this song's about somebody who tries to keep talking themselves that they're not in love. It's like they're in a state of denial. It seems that they're scared of falling in love again, cause they've been hurt before. Something to that aspect. One of favs from Corinne.

Its about the feeling of saying to yourself " oh god im not falling in love" because you know the feeling of ecstasy and pain mixed together so if you dont admit it to yourself youll be fine. or so the theory is.Its basically trying to find anything to blame except love,.

To Me, this is the ebst song on the CD. I think we have all had those nights where we couldn't sleep, or had those jitters thinking about someone. And vice versa, had those nights where we knew that we were falling for someone, but our mind says no and our hearts say yes. This song portrays that stuggle between the two. It's so cute and the video is great. I love it, and i LOVVEEE CBR.

All too frequently do I tell myself this.

"just dont say I'm falling in love,"

and then...

"cause ive been there before and its not enough,"

because you get sick of being in love, and you dont know whether love is worth the heartache.

I lost so much sleep thinking about this one guy. I hate him sometimes because I blame him for making me lose my sleep and my sanity. There are times I think he's not worth the heart ache but then I can't stop myself, no matter how hard I tell myself to stop having these stupid feelings. I always dream of "some instant remedy" but darn it all, it doesn't exist. So here I am, still in love and still losing sleep. And this song is here to comfort me by telling me just how heart sick and in denial I am.

I know that everybody is entitled to their respective opinion but what I hate is when people comment such as "I love this song...It's my fave....Its a great song...blah blah etc..--your not actually helping in giving the meaning of this song...so better keep your comment to yourself.....

Needless to say, (but im still going to say it).. its about a person having difficulty in sleeping... there is someone who thinks that you're in love with him/her but actually your not.....it may also mean that your tired of being in love...

My god, only 1 page of comments? Peoples taste in music must clearly suck then. Anyweigh, I think this song is about (basically what every1 else is saying) About her not being able to sleep because she has fallen for someone when shes not ready to.

It scares her to be in love. But she is, she definitely is.

She doesn't to hear that though, because that would make it all too real.

I don't really like this song, but I can relate on so many different levels.

I love this song. So soulful. I love CBR.

I love her voice, it's so soothing.
