JeffKaos71 - Basically, what they're trying to get at is.. if you're an entirely good person, why would god punish you? The common Christian response to this is that "God tests us." Well these worst case scenarios are like, why the FUCK would "God" punish someone that seemingly hasn't done anything wrong. In this situation, strongly religious people tend to look to God even more for help/answers... From a logical point of view, it's totally insane to put so much faith in a god that would do that to you.

I'm agnostic, but I'd think If your gonna have faith in God you have to understand he gives man free will. He doesn't interfere in our lives so I don't understand people who lose faith when something bad happens.

Someone told me that this song on wolves, stole its riff or something other from you're bleeding. Of course, I've never heard you're bleeding, so could anyone fill me in? Obvius song though but I love it.
yeah this song is awesome, but to answer your question modernman, your friend is a stupid douchebag and he's wrong. they're somewhat similar, but not realy. youre bleeding starts off with the notes A G# G G, and this song starts of doing A G# G F#. plus the chord progressions under each one are different too. SUCKA CHRISTIANS
well its obviously about how people lose faith so easily when bad things happen to them but is it making fun of that or asking how they can just turn on a faith so easily?
So obvious! To me it has pretty much been described already, with others talking about exactly what the lyrics say, WHERE is your god now? When you're having this horrible time, where is your god? And when that snowballs even more and you get an even worse situation, WHERE is your god? Some people put so much faith into a god/savior and people like 'a judge having a bad day' are the true deciders of a lot of peoples fate.
