As a person who deals every day with a treatment indicated for depression and anxiety this song feels very real. People like me are aware that these feelings are part of a mental condition, however we deal day by day with social stereotypes that underestimate our symptoms and come to normalize, which discredits that we seek help or support in our loved ones. Every set creates a feeling of incomparable loneliness because we get the idea that nobody should see what we feel, we prefer to suffer in silence than to be treated as dramatic. And as the song well mentions, we try everything to stop the set of symptoms, because contrary to what the media say is not pretty or presumable, but many times even by taking the medications we can make things change. For many, this is something we will live with all our lives, that's why every moment we see sun is so precious to us.
