My least favorite part of the song was where he asks why, if America and Britain had the United States of America and the United Kingdom, we should have the United States or Kingdoms of Africa. We need to stop talking about pointless political unions and talk more about lifting Africans up from poverty by improving trade within the continent. Having a "united" kingdom of Africa serves no purpose and would not even protect the continent from colonialism if the West or other foreign enemies wanted to bring that back. We need to collaborate and compete with each other as Africans before we can take on the rest of the world.

@Durang0 I agree. It would help if the West keeps a distance. They seem to make things worse. We are talking about Rwanda and the crimes that were committed there today because the rebels won there. Something similar happened in Biafra, and due to the involvement of Britain and the Russians, the genocidal Nigerian forces won the war and tried to sweep everything under the carpet. Their weapons were supplied by the Brtish and Russians. Today, the world does not acknowledge or know anything about the Biafran genocide. And the country, Nigeria, has become a cesspool of violence, destruction and corruption....

Some of the terrorists that have made news in Britain and the US are terrorists from the parts of Nigeria that the West supported during the Nigeria-Biafra war! Africans must be allowed to determine their own future. The new Biafran separatists movement are seeking separation peacefully,asking for a referendum. This is their right. Again, the British government and even the American envoys are speaking against this with total ignorance of the issues, the same kind of ignorance and indifference they had during the Rwandan genocide.
