Well, Tom said that this song will NOT be on the album. In fact, he wrote it by himself without David, Ryan and Atom. Right after the blink hiatus.
According to Tom himself, its about how he's sad about blink breaking up but yet excited for AvA, but under the mask of a break up song.

This band sounds A LOT different than I expected. For some reason I was thinking it'd be a cross between Blink & BoxCar But still it's really really good. I can't wait for more. I think this will be a band that I'll fall in love with.
