Makes me think that he's going to make someone beg for forgiveness/mercy before he (or she, it could be either.) ends his/her life.
It's quite simple really - the person is going to attack somebody else. and even if this 'somebody else' is okay, there is going to be an 'accident' anyway!
Well, that's my thoughts on it.
