I love this song. It's so sweet. Probably my favourite from John Mayer. But what is the John Mayer trio?
I never get tired of this song, i think it talks of how you forget to support your baby-girl when she is in love (if you are a parent), don't forget that you also fell in love once. and i think it also speaks of a girl's world where a guy leaves her after he uses her and leaves her alone when problems arise.
This song is about twin baby girls, and how one of them is fine and the other meet this terrible man who treat it so unfairly, and it's hard for the next man to clean up cause she can't get clean in her mind or body. The other baby girl is not mentioned in this song she's fine. but the man here is willing/able do it because true soldiers defeat any obstacle, he expresses he's not thrilled of this clean up task rather I feel he feels it's his duty. And then the resolve is God bless America!
