This song is either very streight forward or just confusing and has a hidden weird meaning. I really like it-its catchy I have a feeling its just about stupid people trying to fit in with stuff like at school but no matter what they do to lok "cool" you can still see right through them :D

i know...deserved so much better in hottest 100...we just need to vote more next year! i believe its about the superficiality of school and how "popularity" is so shallow. perhaps hurricane is some sort of metaphor for the fast paced ferocity of the popularity game? and "Hurricane knew you would" may refer to peer pressure and everyone trying to fit in with the trends. but yeah, thats just my opinion, i prefer to listen without analysing though, its much more fun. what an awesome band
