This is a song about revolution. P.R.I. is the political party that won the elections and ruled Mexico for over 70 years, until they lost to P.A.N. on the 2000 elections. Mexico in recent years, though, has suffered from extreme economic decay, to the point where 70% of the country's population lives on extreme poverty. Mexico would need either a miraculous president and congress to be elected, or a revolution to get back on its feet, and the guys from Brujeria seem to believe more on the second option. ;-)
