Unbreakable (I.J.M.A.) Lyrics
So now your pictures worth a thousand words, you meant so much to me it hurts.
This tattoo on my wrist, this feeling cant be missed.
You meant so much to make things worse.
Get ready for the impact, I promise you wont feel a thing tonight.
Get ready for the angels to come and take away your pain and sight at the moment of passing.
I know that memories never die.
So this is my angel and I know my scars wont heal tonight ‘cause they’re paid for, paid for.
I know that memories never die.
So this is my angel and I know my scars wont heal tonight ‘cause they’re paid for, paid for.
Get ready for the ending, I promise you’ll feel the earth tonight.
And this is for the mending, to heal the hearts of the friends you left alive at the moment of passing.
I know that memories never die.
So this is my angel and I know my scars wont heal tonight ‘cause they’re paid for, paid for.
I know that memories never die.
So this is my angel and I know my scars wont heal tonight ‘cause they’re paid for, paid for.
(This is my tribute to you life)
In this moment, this violent careless moment, I make believe that you’re still here.
I'll see you out tonight.
I hold you close and hold you dear, keep you by my side.
Forever and a lifetime, just a blink and you’re gone.
I wish you’d stay.
And this is for you moment, I finally get to say goodbye the right way, while everyone’s listening.
I know that memories never die.
So this is my angel and I know my scars wont heal tonight ‘cause they’re paid for, paid for.

This song is about someone they knew (cant remember who they were or what part they played in Aiden), who died in a tour bus accident.
Thats what will said when i say them on the Kerrang XXV tour.
The person who died in a crash that Wil was saying about at Kerrang XXV was John "Beatz" from Bayside, this song isn't about him as it was written before his death, although the words obviously do fit. The song is about Ian J.M. Anderson, hence the the I.J.M.A. in the title, but i'm not sure what his conection to Aiden was, maybe a friend of the band? I can;t believe that hardly anyone has commented on this song. It's truly amazing, the lyrics are so sad, and i'm sure a lot of people will be able to relate to them.
No...it's about a friend who was killed via auto accident, but it was actually when he was walking home. A drunk driver ran him down(hence, "Get ready for the impact, I promise you won't feel a thing tonight," I guess t could be for instant death.)
i have to agree with the kiwi, it makes sense with the i,j,m,a, btw yeah a great song, though iv not lost any1 you can still relate to his pain,
Yep, it is about a friend killed in an accident...not sure it was a car accident though...it might have been that he was hit while on foot...whatever it may be, it is a very sad and emotional song.
I love it. ^-^

its so sweet.
not only did they dedicate the album to him they wrote a song so they could "say goodbye the right way, while everyone’s listening".
if ian can't hear it, at least a lot of other people will.
yeh, ian got hit by a truck, wil was sayin all about it when he did this song on victory records tour, ian was one of his best friends, and i think he was in wil's first band with him, can't really remember
IJMA is Ian Muldoon. He was a guy that all of us knew, though I don't remember him being close friends with billy or as everyone else knows him now, "wil". Ian got hit and killed by a drunk driver when coming home from a show in Seattle one night. The driver hit Ian and drug him quite a ways and then smashed into someones house. The driver only did a year or two in prison.
Thanks for the info, Melon. From what I know, he was the guy that got Will into punk music when they were really young and I'm pretty sure he played in the same band as Will [the first band Will had ever been in] and When Will was 20 or 21, he was walking home from a show and a drunk driver hit him. Then again, I also read that the same guy who got Will into punk music also got Will into smoking marijuana or something. But I don't know. RIP, Ian...
what an amazing song. i nearly got killed by a drunk driver and i can really realte to this song.
