its about Asprin, Phil said so himself in an interview on 96fm, sums it up with "Sunday Pills", taking asprin to get over a hangover. Decent song in what was a pretty average album by the Grinners

I read an article (for the jack awards i think...) where Phil says that this song is about heroin addiction. because he was surprised that it was possible to play a song about heroin addiction at the commonwealth games.

Those lines are about heroin. Makes sense now. Makes me wonder if "You're a hard act to follow" is about every other drug after heroin just not cuttting it.. heroin is the best ? Would be a suitable way to start a song about heroin addiction. Suits all the other "nothing thrills" lines too.

That bit about the aspirin does sound right though, about waking up on teh come down and feeling like shit. The down side of heroin. Of course he would have played down the heroin and simply said "hangover" for a radio station..
