Actually, just changed alot of the lyrics, when I first posted them it was what I could make out from the screaming but, just recently, heard the acoustic version didn't I ¬.¬ He sings and it's so much easier to understand =P

This is what Oli [lead singer] wrote about the song.

This song is me trying to convince myself it was OK to cheat on my girlfriend. That it was like a movie plot, the overindulgence part from that is spoken in the song is where i was nocturnal for a couple of days and all the days got ripped appart from me- and how horrible life felt, there's nothing worse than guilt, but hey..shit happens.
