Ummmmm....well its not much of a song but its a modest mouse song so you know there is some kind of twisted message in there somewhere..........but where????

i think its just isaac's way of saying some people have no emotion at all, im most likely wrong, but that seems to make sense

I think this song is just simply stating we always need stimulus in our lives but we are too lazy to find it ourselves so we are always looking for someone to change our feelings for us.

To me it shows that people put others down, have the natural tendancy to make other people question themselves.

Isaac asking if anyone could just do something to make him feel different, anything other than sad

There is a song on the album This is a long drive for someone with nothing to think about called make everyone happy/mechanical birds. He says in this song make us happy or something, I see a connection.

i think he's talking about making music...how people need something to react to, just to feel anything. "make us depressed or sad, make us happy or something" is the people begging them to make us feel anything. "i am your sin gun chaser changer" is in reply and it's just him telling everyone that music is there to stimulate us and he's okay with being used to make it for that purpose

I consider myself a big modest mouse fan, so I guess it's weird to say that this is definitely my favorite track by them. I just wish that somewhere they expanded on it to make at least a three minute song.
