"Creepy"? Perhaps if you take the lyrics literally. Poetically, it appears to a very spare and succinct description of spiritual awakening: "I worked around your secret" implies the narrator is trying to avoid/figure out this "secret" (i.e. truth); "Suddenly someone was near me. / The touch of your thought" implies a sort of transfiguration of the narrator by this non-physical "somebody"; and the final command: "Awaken". It's freakin beautiful and mystical.
The creepiest Akron/Family song, next to "Lumen", perhaps. Maybe, being the first track, it's meant to imply that the narrator/listener is asleep when they start listening to the EP, but then wake up for "Moment"? Kind of like how "Time Code" on the Bright Eyes LP ends with an alarm clock going off.
Reminds me of Because, on Abbey Road. It's so sparse, minimalist. Only five lines of lyrics. But it haunts me.
