I think that this is about a guy that treats his girl bad, and lies to her. She wants him to realise that him treating her like this isn't doing anyone good. THis guy is all about himself and ignores her, and doesn't realised how perfect she is. She doesn't wanna leave him cuz she loves him.
this girl is obviously hurting. he isn't treating her right. he is ignoring her. its another "black day" for the relationship. so it's maybe just better to walk away. but its hard to do that when you love the guy. nobody wins because he doesnt love her like she should be loved and she loves him for nothing in return. unreciprocated feelings are the worst.

A relationship gone wrong. With time, she can't recognize him or herself from what they've become. It's a mess of a relationship, she's hurting from it. He's treating her badly, deciding to fight and argue about things. He looses because these things hurt him- so he argues about them with her, and until she can fix it will he stop. But she doesn't want to, all she wants is to be happy, not have these arguments. Both aren't getting what they want. Nobody wins.

how can he really care & love for her if he's always in this frame of mind. & now it's gotten so deep in, that even though she loves him, there's no way she can 'save' the relationship anymore because it's hurting her so much, so she chooses to leave because at this point goodbye seems the better option.

I think at first, the relationship was starting out really good. But then they started to fight a lot. She tried to fix it, but he won't let her in, and keeps pushing her away. As in, he's a little bi-polar. He'll hate her one minute, then love her the next. Basically what she means by nobody wins, is that she's losing someone that she loves, and he's loosing what could have been, and now he's missing out hence the line "Look what you've missed, living like this."
