by the way i think this song is about going to bed with someone after drinking too much and really regretting it.

I think Jagger is singing some old bitterness at John Lennon. Lennon could be quite a jerk some times (especially when drinking). He referenced Lost weekend and Sgt Pepper etc. John also made some nasty comments about Jagger at times.
