It seems like he's become sick of living the life he lives and being the person he is. He's lost his real self and now wants rise from his knees and stand tall again. He wants to rediscover his own soul, so that he can be himself once more.
Is he singing in Polish or something? I can't make out a single word of the chanting.
I think that Mariusz uses his voice as an instrument, although he may be chanting in Polish, I wouldn't be surprised if he wasn't actually saying anything, he just sings noises quite often, that's one of the reasons I love his vocals so much, he does this particularly well on the Indukti album.

The lyrics are whispired in the beginning before the chanting starts, very quietly
