This song is about the rage and humiliation this dude feels because this chick ripped him off of something VERY personal. Very personal, and, now, he just can't let it go. I figure this dude is a pretty righteous dude for the most part because he prays. But, now, his mind is bent because of the unending self-degradation this dude suffers every day he opens his eyes in the morning, and that emotion then also develops into anger over every minute of every day from getting ambushed, somehow. So, now, he has come the end gate, the crossroads between good and evil. The dark side is buzzin' 'round and 'round in his head and he is just about done with it, but, he's trying to do the right thing and let it go. But, I could be way off.
