This is the only song I've heard played on the radio from the new c.d. and it is good but pretty pop-ish. I agree that it's about him getting saved, but more about the division in the world between those that stand for God and those that stand against Him

i think its funny how everyone attacks that one event in his life as if it defines who he is. everyone stumbles, its how you recover that counts. its especially difficult for a guy like Scott cuz he has all the pressures of being famous. and bharQ your south park comment can pretty much be applied to anything... you could throw the word satan in instead and all satanists would buy it.
Did anyone see that their using this song on the WWE video for the wrestler's visit to the mid-east ? I don't think it quite fits the meaning, but it will work in the "you set me free" part
