This is the greatest one hit wonder song of all time. THe hardest song to find actually. It's about this guy thats going out with a girl that everyone says is perfect for him, but he's not sure.
I think it's about a guy being into a girl who says she's into him, and they'd be perfect together, but she's totally jerking him around. "Do you think I'm blind to what you do? Do you think I really care for you? Or is it just another game that you and I pretend to play?" I think this line is him trying to be tough and pretend it's not really affecting him, but if it's just a game, then he'll play along, but if she's just that mean, he's serious. He's just trying to protect himself.
