Dragonflies

just about being relaxed in someones company. no favours no pretence. they are comforatble enough to sit in silence- they don't disturb the air and that's how the dragonflies feel safe to come by. And because the dragonflies are there it makes their scene so much more pretty and magical.

i like this one. it's cool and spooky. i can imagine it so well.

Why isn`t it any longer?? I just love it, but its way too short, just 1 minute.. I agree with tigersroamfree with the meaning of the lyrics

I love this song too, but i don't agree that it's too short. Yo can't stretch a beautiful piece of music just so it will last longer. Then the beauty of the song will dissappear, or it will turn fake and unreal.

maybe i'm being too literal, but... "when we drink beer, dragonflies appear"... um... people often drink beer by the lake. and dragonflies frequent lakes. =)

One of my very favorites, tigersroamfree, described it absolutely perfectly.

This reminds me of a hazy evening in late summer, as the sun is setting behind a bank of trees near a creek or a lake. Enjoying chirp of the crickets, every flutter of the wind breathing against your skin, moist from the humidity. Feeling safe and completely content in the presence of your significant other, and/or a close friend.
