Who Put The Weight Of The World On My Shoulders? Lyrics
One of oasis's best songs. Noel is a genius. I know it's enhanced by the string arrangement, but wasn't that genius within itself? I say yes. Enjoy it. It kicks ass.
This song's from the film 'Goal!'. I can't help but think Noel's wasted a great song on quite a poor film. This could have been on their next album. Pity. Great song though, you can really feel the lyrics.

I disagree. I like the song but I think it definitely sounds like a soundtrack song, don't think it would have fit on an Oasis album.
I really like the strings in this song. It has a great build up.

This song means a lot to me. I think of it in terms of my status with my girlfriend: she's in university while I'm taking the year off to work, so I rarely see her, and I feel that my inability to try and progress in our relationship places the weight of the world on my shoulders.
this reminds me so much of Sunday Morning Call it's ridiculous
Great great song & lyrics. Some hidden information in the words.
The lyrics in this page aren't so right: 1) So don't try and fuck up my head with your problems ---- So don't try TO fuck up my head with your problems.. (RIGHT) 2) I still won't go ----- I still walk on (RIGHT)
