I heard Chris Martin say in an interview, that he originally wanted to call the album Yin & Yang... but this was a bad idea, so he changed it to X&Y
Yet this explains alot! X&Y can be seen as Ying and Yang X&Y in this song is seen as You and Me
I think that this song is all about so many things being part of one, all under the sun... a unity in nature and so, a unity in you and me, man and woman.

What could have been just another love song is saved by an awesome melody. Really, all of X&Y's b-sides should have been put on the album, because they're all so amazing. Except maybe "Proof," but let's not get into that.
Whoa, I can't believe Coldplay made this song. It's so unlike them to make such an upbeat song like this. I really like it. It took some getting used to but I like it. It's catchy...I don't know what its about but it's catchy.
