Repeat Offender Lyrics

Where do I turn
I'm always questioning my sanity
Will I ever learn
I have always stolen my identity

Anyone forgive
Anyone forget
I don't want a life without respect
Life without respect

Feel there is no where that I fit
No where that I fit

I am a repeat offender
I will live with this forever
I am a repeat offender
I am a repeat offender

You have my word
There are only lies in my sincerity
I live in a world
That gives no meaning to integrity

Anyone forgive
Anyone forget
I don't want a life without respect
Life without respect

Feel there is no where that I fit
No where that I fit

I am a repeat offender
I will live with this forever
I am a repeat offender
I am a repeat offender

Someone take these handcuffs off my wrists and break the chain of habit!

Someone take these handcuffs off my wrists and break the chain of habit!

I don't want to life without respect...
I feel there is no where that I fit
No where that I fit

I am a repeat offender
I will live with this forever
I am a repeat offender
I am a repeat offender

Where do I turn
I'm always crashing in my sanity
Will I ever learn
I've always stolen my identity

Drug use?! How on EARTH do you believe DRUG USE?! Man I swear, thats what everyone thinks songs are about anymore.

I myself see it as a man of many faces. Con Artists, Jesters, people who seem to always mimic someone else and never being themself. I myself have had this happen. I see a person with qualities I only wished I'd had so I'd try to fake it to feel a bit better.

"Will I ever learn, I've always stolen my identity."

The handcuffs and chains of habit could relate to lieing and faking.

I see this song as a person who wants to fit in so bad that he changes who he really is (I have always stolen my identity). The person feels that he fits in nowhere because he has often faked his identity and has never been himself. And because of this others lose respect for him and he loses respect for himself. Its actually really sad when you feel that you don't belong.....

I love this song...

The two verses are fuckin' awesome. The chorus takes a few listens to get used to, but the verses are m.o.n.e.y.

What is this song supposed to mean... I'm guessing drug use myself, though. Mainly due to this -

Someone take these handcuffs off my wrists and break the chain of habit!

And the chorus, I didn't take time to get used to. It caught on instantly; song's brilliant though.

He is a habitual liar, or cheater. a repeat offender of those things.

"you have myword there are only lies in my sincerity i live in a world that gives no meaning to integrety"

that is the only lines that give a hint as to what the problem may be, and they are clearly saying he lies. and lies may be interperted as having affairs or something, or just plan lies.

"you have myword there are only lies in my sincerity i live in a world that gives no meaning to integrety" i think its not integrety but eternity
