This is a very superficial song to me.Kinda like someone has just gotten a partner and dressed them up,made them look good and now just wants to show them off. But the way it's written,I dunno if Darren meant it this way or what,but it's sounds like what a girl would think cause it's so....bitchy.

I think the verses of this song are a tongue in cheek way of saying how darren can hook up with chicks just cause he's in a band, hence the superficial feel to the lyrics. The chorus' i think relate to one girl, prob his gf, the girl he has feelings for, because they seem more sincere, and she saved him from all the temptations, thus 'just in time'.

i think the chorus is still in theme with the verse. "just in time" could refer to the girls being lucky enough to spend time with him. the "i am all that you need" says to me that these girls 'crave' him.
its like a trophey partner simply there to make the other person look good...this could be a reference to the fact many singers marry a trophey partner
it's a cheeky song, and like 'Comebackem' wrote, it is definitely tongue in cheek..... i love it!
Maybe I just have a twisted mind but first time I read these lyrics I thought they were totally creepy. I interpreted them in like Jeffrey Dahmer style...getting the girls and then LITERALLY putting them on his shelf...or at least part of them.
