Evil Elvis Lyrics
I lost my way
But I'm coming back to mess with your head
And I'm feeling all alone
Got to get you, got to let you know
I can never have you so I will always hate you
I can never have you so I'll hate you
I can never have you so I will always hate you
I can never have you so I'll hate you
Are you on my side?
All these drugs have made me paranoid
And I'm feeling insecure
You're the only one that makes it worse
I can never have you so I will always hate you
I can never have you so I'll hate you
I can never have you so I will always hate you
I can never have you so I'll hate you
I can never have you so I will always hate you
I can never have you so I'll hate you
I can never have you so I will always hate you
I can never have you so I'll hate you
Hate you, hate you
Thank you very much
But I'm coming back to mess with your head
And I'm feeling all alone
Got to get you, got to let you know
I can never have you so I'll hate you
I can never have you so I will always hate you
I can never have you so I'll hate you
All these drugs have made me paranoid
And I'm feeling insecure
You're the only one that makes it worse
I can never have you so I'll hate you
I can never have you so I will always hate you
I can never have you so I'll hate you
I can never have you so I'll hate you
I can never have you so I will always hate you
I can never have you so I'll hate you
Hate you, hate you

this is one of my favourite songs, very catchy as well as having the usual "i can relate to the lyrics" crap as well. far more deserving than a b-side to one of their singles. could use a better song title though.
Couldn't agree more. Shame there's not more bands out there like the Wildhearts and Therapy? these days who are capable of coming up with b-sides which are as good as, if not better than, their a-sides. Or indeed bands who use new songs as b-sides at all...
Can't agree more... this deserves to be on Troublegum
Yes, I agree to all of the above! it's another massive killer song by Therapy? Man, these guys made a fantastic job in their Troublegum-Sessions. It's just sad, that Fyfe, the original drummer left the band. He's a big influence on my drumming but I never heard of him or 'the divers' ever after. Back to the song: it's teenage philosophy! Had the chorus on my mind so many times I can't tell.
