this is definately one of the best on the album.
I love this song, to me it's clear what it means, as it highlights my feelings for someone: About a Neglected Friend, Who wants to help an old friend that they see as being in need, lonely. "The moonlight" being a sign of beauty and outstanding uniqueness. They don't want help and fail to see the friend attempting to help them
great tune to me it seems that this song represents someone who isn't who they used to be, lonely but very important (moonlight in this town) and that they are experiencing a problem [maybe a drug addiction] that is changing them and ruining them (Your eyes have nothing behind them your arms and legs are sore) and the singer wants to help.. but the person of worry does not want to accept it.
