How can I be the first to comment? This song is ingenious. A relationship is a contract of sorts I guess. I love the beat and how they both sing along with the sitar.
This song is interesting to me primarily as a foreshadow of B&S's career to come. "Legal Man" at its heart--were it reworked with synth--would fit very well on TLP. Put next to IYFS, BWAS, and possibly even FYH, it sounds bizarre and out of place. A sign of the reinvention of Belle long before it happened, it seems.
I love this song a lot. The riffs are great and the sitar works so well

I can positively say this.. he(freddie) is making some references to heroin addiction, which he had a problem with, sent shivers down my spine body aching all the time.... as an addict(opiate like fred) who is now thankfully clean, i now EXACTLY what he is talking about. the shiver down the spine he talks about is all too familiar to a H-addict. I believe this(addiction) is the sickness that is being referred to. "will you let me go We will not no!" the demon of addiction. thats how it feels when your on h or opiates. like a demon has a hold of u and wont let go. Correction not 'like' ,that is what is happening.
