I saw howie perform this in Florida-i think that howie expresses this song as though he has been through a few heart aches, and now that hes found sumone else, hes worried that they might do it again. the exact same thing happened to me so thats why i see it like this, but i did decide to fall in love again....anyway this songs friggin fantastic.
