Walk out into velvet
Nothing more to say
You're my favourite moment
You're my Saturday
'cause you're my number one
I'm like a dog to get you
I want it up and on
I'm like a dog to get you
Sunset only seconds
Just ripe then it's gone
Got no new intentions
Just right then it's gone
'cause you're my number one
I'm like a dog to get you
I want it up and on
I'm like a dog to get you
I'll be there to meet you
Getting down to greet you
Howl under the moon
Nothing more to say
You're my favourite moment
You're my Saturday
I'm like a dog to get you
I want it up and on
I'm like a dog to get you
Just ripe then it's gone
Got no new intentions
Just right then it's gone
I'm like a dog to get you
I want it up and on
I'm like a dog to get you
Getting down to greet you
Howl under the moon

in my opinion, Alisson is absolutely the queen of double (or sometimes triple) entendres. her music so often evokes an incredible sense of love and emotion, as well as clearly depicting EROTIC SCREAMING LUST!!! haha, I'm willing to bet this song was written about both her favourite position, and her favourite partner.
"I'm like a dog to get You". ;)
in this song goldfrapp nails a type of laid back music other bands try but fail at...this music is pure coolness.... and madonna's imitations of this type of music on confessions isn't half as well done!
I'm pretty sure with Goldfrapp it's safe to say this song is about a sex and a certain position implied in the video clip... "Sunset only seconds" -- Sunset is slang for ass-crack as far as I know, and the lyrics "I'm like a dog to get you/ I'll be there to meet you/ Getting down to greet you/ Howl under the moon" kind imply doggy style... But, that said, it's an awesome song.
WHY HAS NOBODY COMMENTED ON THIS AMAZING SONG?
I do, I do! This is a great song :)
This sounds like an early nineties techno club song. But I like it. Goldfrapp may be weird as hell, but they sure do kick out some awesome songs.
i loove this song. i just discovered it like five hours ago. however, there are some lines that i don't exactly understand, or kinda understand, but have never heard before...
"I'm like a dog to get you" ...the phrasing doesn't make sense to me..
This is a modern day electro/pop love song.
