I love this song, To me it means she loves someone so much but doesnt know if that person would do for her what she'd do for them. But thats just me.
She asking herself, Would he ever do wut I'll do for him. Everybody knows she likes him but she's loosing faith and her heart breaking but she doesnt know if this love is real.
It's about being in love with someone who doesn't feel the same.
