i think this song is about a relationship where vinnie gets cheated on by his girl, but he can't bring him self to leave her, and he doesn't know why. the first time she did it was to make herself look good, and the second time was to make herself feel good. it's tearing him up inside and he's equating her infidelity to her killing him. i could be wrong, but that's what i gather from it...
