Based on the fact that nearly all OK Go's songs are whining about women I would guess this is saying that some women destroyed him mentally "Gonna decimate them like you did to me?" and he is casically using that as a metaphor for how powerful she is. saying she is so strong she could actually destroy alien invaders.

and the eyes could be the death stare that you get sometimes when you say something stupid...
