@tractor To me, it's more about a troubled child fighting NOT to go full feral. I always felt a sliver of hope mixed in with all the melancholy.
Very dramatic, moody song. I always liked the melody to this one, the theme was darker than normal for Journey
I love the lyrics. I love Journey man. This song was sort of dark, but then again, I love that. How they can just change their music the way they do.
