Buffalo Trace Lyrics
Eight hours to get to Heaven Hill
Head down - due south - past Louisville
Dont stop until the bourbon still
Parker says we can drink our fill
Eight hours to get to Heaven Hill
Eight hours
Just leave me where Im found
and put my bones in the ground
Oh, yeah - well, its a Buffalo Trace
Fan out and dont give up on the chase
She will make her mark on my face
The Blue Grass Parkway is my favorite place
Eight hours to get to Heaven Hill
Eight Hours
Just leave me where Im found
and put my bones in the ground
All Hail- Manowar is dead
Give up the ghost and put your babies to bed
Oh, yeah- well, you're so easily led
All your money keeps your horses fed
All hail - Manowar is dead
Hail - Hail
Just leave me where Im found
and put my bones in the ground
Head down - due south - past Louisville
Dont stop until the bourbon still
Parker says we can drink our fill
Eight hours to get to Heaven Hill
Eight hours
Just leave me where Im found
and put my bones in the ground
Oh, yeah - well, its a Buffalo Trace
Fan out and dont give up on the chase
She will make her mark on my face

Hail - Hail
Just leave me where Im found
and put my bones in the ground

actually Buffalo Trace is a distillery in kentucky, and so is Heaven Hill. scott might be talkin about the boyscouts tho and it doesnt really matter, this song kicks ass. probly one of my favorites on WHTPJS. local h should be played on the radio all day every day
@soundgarden892 17 years later, this songs fucking rocks. I used to play it in my bedroom as a teen. Didn't know about the Buffalo Trace bourbon till after college, when i lived in Chicago, and drank that puppy up in honor of this song and Local H. my favorite bourbon today still. I've met Scott accidentally a few times in the city, at bars, and met him after shows, he's freaking awesome. And this song kills, and love how he always varies it when he plays it live.

Whoa, a song about going to Kentucky.
Heaven Hill Distilleries, Buffalo Trace boy scouts somewhere in Indiana and Illinois, that Man o' War racehorse, the Blue Grass Parkway. I don't know why I figured all these things out, but I did.
