since no one unfortunately has any comments about this song i'll just say something... last weekend i saw VR and Zach said the song was about having sex with medusa
really? doesn't suprise me, a lot of their songs have references to sex and getting raped by corpes.amazing.
to me, it feels like the song is about a man being forced to perform oral sex on a woman (it's too late to keep your tongue from sliding round the scales of the snake) as she beats and eventually kills him (down on the floor, naked and sore, first you shiver, then you die).

I think this is supposed to be about one of the "sisters" transformed. Her boyfriend is still in love with her even though she's basically devoted herself to the destruction of man.
