Expired In Goreville Lyrics
i'll stop
stabbing
when you stop
screaming
it's dropping to the terrain at my feet
palm trees are my only company
on this beach
star crossed lovers obsess
alluring dreams of touching starry skies
ill love you until my last breathe
each speck of sand fills in each footstep along the shore
as every tide rolls in; every one takes its toll
the salt in this water is nauseating
keeping me trapped and running in circles
on this beach star crossed lovers obsess
alluring dreams of touching starry skies
a quick glance over my shoulder reveals a number only seen in the movies
chardes of glass, and a decayed piece of parchment half buried that reads:
'you cured me of my foolish obsession with love'
i'll love you until my last breath takes you from me

'you cured me of my foolish obsession with love' is from the Come What May bit in moulin rouge.
star-crossed lovers!! original romeo & juliet [ and moulin rouge]
if you have not read Romeo & Juliet, just read it. You will understand a great quantity of songs...there are tons of songs inspired by this play, many of them written by Chiodos. Chiodos uses Shakespeare plays as references.
The album has the title of a Shakespearian play "All's Well That Ends Well"

Having that one life changing relationship making you realize you don't need to force feelings. you need to just go with stuff. Stop obcessing over the perfect romance. Just let it flow. And thank him/her for helping you reach such great heights.
Yea you pretty much got it all in that
yay chiodosss i love this song
this song is perfect!
i agree.
"I'll love you, I'll love you, until my last breath takes you from me!" it's the greatest line ever
i think it is a lot like the movie moulin rouge and romeo and juliet "star crossed lovers." it must be about a love that no one can know about, like a hidden romance. just a thought, but this song it straight up AWESOME!!
what about "a number only seen in the movies" ??
