Said it's wrong but you know that,
The look on your face means you'll do it again
Saturday on the night train, with uptown boys who rail cocaine

Laughing out to no one's joke, looking round but it's remote
That you won't see someone "you know"

And it's a long time, and you're alone
But don't you know, you can come home
I'd give you shelter.

I think this song is someone talking to a friend who is depressed, and kind of out of it... Yup, not really that insightful I guess, but the overall song is really really good.
