it's about indefinite love and finding finally out that the one you desire is with another one. "you play hide and seek / we play peek'a'boo" indicates the uncertainity you encounter whilst trying to figure out the (bad) intentions of the person you desire. Or it could be about still or again being in love with your ex, who is now together with another person you hate
