Fix what’s wrong, but don’t rewrite what the artist wrote. Stick to the official released version — album booklet, label site, verified lyric video, etc. If you’re guessing, pause and double-check.
Respect the structure
Songs have rhythm. Pages do too. Leave line breaks where they belong. Don’t smash things together or add extra empty space just for looks.
Punctuation counts (but vibe-editing doesn’t)
Correct typos? Yes. Re-punctuating a whole verse because it ‘looks better’? Probably not. Keep capitalization and punctuation close to the official source.
Don’t mix versions
If you’re editing the explicit version, keep it explicit. If it’s the clean version, keep it clean. No mashups.
Let the lyrics be lyrics
This isn’t the place for interpretations, memories, stories, or trivia — that’s what comments are for. Keep metadata, translations, and bracketed stage directions out unless they’re officially part of the song.
Edit lightly
If two lines are wrong… fix the two lines. No need to bulldoze the whole page. Think ‘surgical,’ not ‘remix.’
When in doubt, ask the crowd
Not sure what they’re singing in that fuzzy bridge? Drop a question in the comments and let the music nerds swarm. Someone always knows.
i have a story related to this song, i think you are all right about the bloc and i also have another twist for it
i actually found out about a silver mt zion because i had a little dog that passed away and i was listening with a friend of mine GY!BE and she said to me "i heard that menuck made a few songs for his dog" so we started to listen to a silver mt zion, nothing weird at this point
i heard the entire album without knowing the actual names of the songs, when 13 angels appeared i started looking at a picture of my dog and i felt something so beaaaaautiful, like she was there. that night i had a dream where i was sleeping and all of my dogs that have passed away where in my bed, some of them sleeping and some of them just standing there
when i woke up i thought "wow that was a nice dream" and a few days later i found that the name of the track was 13 angels blablabla so everytime i listen to it i imagine all of my dogs taking care of me even tho i don't see them.
and we all know this whole album was made in memoriam of wanda :D cool have a nice 2009
Indeed, it is dedicated to black bloc anarchists. I also agree that it's like trying your best at something. In the bloc you can accomplish something very real; you can take control over the forces that constantly control you and accomplish a direct action, especially an illegal one, with a much greater chance of success and escape. Why should we accept imprisonment if we believe what we do is right?
I cant believe this song has only 4 comments. It has the perfect way to touch you emotionaly. It was the first song i listened from this great band and made me love them.I think the voices tha sound like cats filtered by a effect program make this song haunty..It makes me cry because it hides a big message of hope.Thats why it was dedicated to the black bloc anarchists. So,in case you never heard of this song, find it and listen to it.
I have to agree wholeheartedly with not24601. The bloc is a tool to effectuate change, and this song screams that fact at you.
When I listened to this song the first time, I saw myself cowering under the blanket on my bed, afraid of the world. 13 men and women were standing around my bed with handkerchiefs around their faces, creating a wall between me and the fascist element.
I was listening to this song when I started watching a compilation of nuclear explosion footage on youtube. The video had some shitty trance soundtrack so I turned off the sound and continued listening to this song. It turned out to be an effective soundtrack, the footage shown in the video looked a lot more dramatic and just plain creepy. It even gave me goosebumps and seeing al that destruction with this song playing in the background almost brought tears to my eyes, it was really weird.
This song has such an innocently drifting feel of relief for me, like getting home from the hospital after a car accident or a breakup. Where you're feeling a little depressed but also just tired, or weary.

This song is beautiful... To me it's like trying your best at somthing.
One of my favorites.
It made me sort of laugh just to see the lyrics as "instrumental".
Supposedlly this song is dedicated to black bloc anarchists.

Wanda was his dog? I did not even know!
