Young For Eternity Lyrics
Thank God for Dracula,
he sucked the shit out of me
Now I can leave my work for nights,
and leave my day for sleeping
Young for eternity
Young for eternity
Thank God for Dracula,
he sucked the shit out of me
Now I can leave my work for nights,
and leave my day for sleeping
(3x)
Young for eternity
Young for eternity
he sucked the shit out of me
Now I can leave my work for nights,
and leave my day for sleeping
Young for eternity
he sucked the shit out of me
Now I can leave my work for nights,
and leave my day for sleeping
Young for eternity

I'm sure we should not take it literally that The Subways have become the undead and are now young for eternity.
Well duh this song is obviously about vampires. I love this song so much, note the screenname
"now i can leave me work for nights and leave my day for sleeping"
now he's in a band, gigging around the world, he plays at night; works at night; uses up his energy at night...whilst during the day, he sleeps. Living the young life!
i agree!
the subways dont seem to be in any hurry to grow up, which is good b/c i want to hear more excellent music :)
it it just me or is it "he fucked the shit out of me"... if its like that the theme could be about a prostitute..working at night...asleep during the day the dracular could be a metaphor of like.. evil people mayb with STD's n shit and yet she needs them to get money
Again, you probably have the original/early live version
they play this song awesome live. it makes me think of vampires. i love this band already. i heard them play met them at street scene in san diego. they were awesome
I believe that The Subways really are young for eternity and have the power to turn anyone who listens to their music young for eternity. I can't imagine them getting old and their whole album makes me feel like never growing up.
